This 4BHK duplex of Mr. Patel is a quiet sincere attempt of our interior designers to make the place look simple yet elegant as per the clients’ requirements with overall turnkey solutions. It's been a classic example of minimalism and modernism so far which makes each area of the house look unique in its own way.
On giving a first glance to the initial area which is the living room connected with the dining area as well as the kitchen, it is made completely simple yet decorous by our interior decorators. The living area consists a mild panelling with random grooves touched till the lintel level of the space while giving it a dual tone texture that makes it look more distinguished. The pastel couches as well as the floral cushions on them give a punch of sophistication to the whole space. Giving a sight on the dining area, it is smartly decorated with a brown hued mirror and the hanging light above the space which was specifically designed by our interior designers added more beauty to the space. The kitchen whereas is designed in subtle colours to make the tiny space look a bit large than it was. The calm colours of the three spaces overall made it look neat yet up-scaled.
Next we talk about the parent's bedroom which is styled in a modern roman theme. The hues of the area are selected by our interior designers keeping in mind to make it seem cosy and enlightened to serve the purpose of it being the parent's room. The wardrobe is designed in dual tones adding beauty to the whole furniture structure.
Further the staircase leads to the upper two floors of private areas. The first floor leads us to two bedrooms which are the master bedroom as well brother's bedroom. So we first halt at the master bedroom where the Italian theme concept is utilised as the bed back wall which looks immensely lavishing. The head rest of the bed being comfy and fluffy gives a feel of being in a luxurious space. The art pieces on the wall behind the bed are specifically designed by our interior designers as per the concept and theme of the room. As per the clients’ requirements, they didn't need any provision for a television, so a classy console design was developed by our interior designers which had three units in it though being visualised as one. The minute details on the console looked eye pleasing and the same pattern was too carried forward on the wardrobe to make the furniture pieces seem in harmony of the space. The seating in the corner of the space too was designed by our interior decorators with a portion that included small planters that added liveliness to the room.
The brother's room is designed in quiet a quirky manner. An offset is given to the wall behind the bed where the lower portion is decorated with a bold coloured texture that acts as the centre of attraction of the room. The art pieces on the wall are selected in such a way that they give justice to the owner's choice of room. The wardrobe on the opposite side is designed by our interior designers by giving an open portion with a number of shelves and a glass door that makes the whole furniture piece merging with the overall concept of the room.
Moving upwards towards the second floor there's the guest room. It is designed artistically keeping in mind to keep it simple yet a space where one can enjoy the stay. Our interior designers designed the bed back of the room with minute patterns that made the overall wall look creative. The same pattern was also utilised on the handle of the wardrobe which balanced every details of the room. The paintings on the wall behind the bed were specifically chosen by our interior decorators to match the hues and theme of the bedroom. An attached study table was also smartly provided with the wardrobe avoiding wasting unnecessary space.
