This 4bhk apartment of Mr. Kokje is a magnificent designed space by our interior designers which depicts lavishness in every detail of the interior. Every element here is designed to serve a specific purpose and create a mesmerizing space.
As we enter by the main door a corner is created for the shoe rack and the name plate is too displayed here initializing the theme of opulence. Wandering by the foyer we visualize the glass ceiling created by our interior decorators in an ‘L’ shape as the passage is which seems perfect to blend with the further elements of the area.
Thereafter we have the living space which has a longevity vision enhancing the dining as well as family seating area. The living area has a wall designed where one’s eyes get freeze as it is designed to give perfect justice to the theme of the house. The corner of the wall has curves done with gold foiling that makes it striking while the rest is a beautiful stone finish wall having royal mould carving on it that makes it seem splendid. The opposite wall that is the TV wall is again designed giving a huge curve shape that continues the theme of the space with a sufficient amount of storage space. The couches here are designed in a royal theme blending well with the overall theme of the space. The hanging lamp bunches in the corner create a perfect ambience for the space. The flooring of this whole space is what lifts up the mood of every element making it lavish.
Further we stroll by the passage visualizing the dining space which has the perfect hanging lights in a chain form making the space seem spectacular. One the right side of the dining space there is the kitchen area which is design in an earthy color scheme merging well with the color scheme of the whole space. Further where our sight ends for the space we have the family seating area which is designed by our interior decorators beautifully having perfect art pieces on the wall shaping the view being impressive. A bar counter is created between the dining and the family seating area serving as a partition between the two areas and also fulfilling the clients’ requirement while chilling in the family seating area. The counter is created such that is can be functional from the dining area on one side while also being accessible from the family seating and having designs intricate portraying that the space is created to have an unwinding time.
Just by the passage we have the guest room that is simply designed to fulfill the clients’ requirements by also creating the temple space here. The temple has the gold foil wall on which our in-house artist has beautifully painted scenery that is a perfect backdrop for the god and goddesses.
Next we talk about the parent’s bedroom that is an imperial form of design portraying the dignity of the space. The room is kept minimal in the sense of furniture pieces while the wall behind the bed is designed by our interior designers such that it seems grand in one view. The wall is paneled with upholstery while having metal finishes in between giving a complete enchanting look to the wall. The huge backrest has a beautiful stitch pattern that harmonizes well with the back wall. The hanging lamps on the either sides are there selected well which make the wall a perfect one in terms of design. The closet here is done in tinted glass keeping it minimal yet elegant. The couch on the opposite wall blends well with the other elements of the space.
The master room is what we talk about next. All that makes the room captivating here in this space is the color scheme of the area that gets our eyes pleased and makes a soothing appearance of the interior. The alluring element here is the wall behind the bed which has scenery created with 3D elements portraying birds which seem artistic having a textured background. The backrest here again is a huge one having a balance pattern merging well on the wall with 2 tiny reading lights serving the functional purpose for the dweller. The closet on the opposite wall is made curvy on the edges which is simple yet a discerning one. On one corner a dressing is created with a storage too shaping it again in curves to harmonize the theme of the space.
Lastly we talk about the son’s room which is not designed as a teenager’s as he is elder enough. The wall behind the bed has curvy ends on both sides which seem as a folded wall creating a whimsical design. The center part is decorated with a metal art piece that is perfectly balanced theme wise. The two ambient lights on the two ends make the wall complete and impressive. On the opposite wall we have the closet and the work desk designed whose shapes and designs blend well with the other elements of the space.
