This bungalow is a great example of modernism infused with minimalism. The client had a few specific requirements and rest they wanted a completely modern and lavish house for their members to dwell in happily.
While we have a first glance to the entrance of the house the safety grill and the main door as made in correspondence to one another keeping the same pattern for both. The pattern is a circular one which gives a clean look to the entrance of the bungalow. The foyer area of the house has a wall where a designer ledge is created in metal for placing a god idol in the entrance and natural stones are cladded on the wall which make the space look a unique one. Further the living as well as the dining and the kitchen areas are connected to one another where the colour palate is chosen to be calm in whites and greys that gives a magnificent look. The wall behind the couches had two huge windows and so the area was designed minimally with copper finish borders and a beautiful painting was chosen by our team for this area which served as the centre of attraction of the space. The colours that the painting had were calm and dignified and thus it blended well with the overall theme of the space. The most eye catching furniture piece of the space was the set of nested centre tables which had traventino Italian marble as tops that made the space look modern and ravishing. The TV unit of the space also had a stone finish panelling blending with the colour of the marble of the centre tables.
Further the dining area was designed with a huge art piece on the wall which was enough to make the space look opulent. The art piece defined natural scenery which made the space look lively. The same marble of the centre tables was used on the top of the dining table which made the areas connecting to one another harmonize. The kitchen platform was a unique one where a black stone was used with white abstract patterns on it that made the kitchen area seem ravishing. Rest the space was done in neutral colours keeping the theme continued of the whole area.
While we go upstairs we halt by the master bedroom which is designed in a creative way keeping it modern and unique. A huge headrest was designed on the wall behind the bed, with a self customised fabric having a clean look of natural scenery in a round shape. Brown tinted mirrors were panelled in the two sides of the headrest that made a balanced look of the wall. The huge room was kept as spacious as it was and the colour palate for this room was chosen in deep and bold shades that gave justice of it being the master bedroom. A study table too was provided here which was a decent one that fulfilled the requirement of the client. The wardrobes here were designed of full height to make it look more opulent. The designer handles of the wardrobe made it look glorious. The flooring of this area is a unique one compared to the other areas that lifted up the beauty of the theme of the space making it more distinctive.
Next we talk about daughter's bedroom which is a room of two girls. It is a room made with colours that girls adore keeping in mind the ones who will own the room. A beautiful floral painting is done on the wall behind the bed with two back rests in a circular shape that make a playful and girlish appearance to the wall which suits best to the theme of the space. The wardrobe here too is made of full height utilising the height of the space where intricate patterns are engraved on the shutters of the wardrobe. The handles of the wardrobe also are created with the same pattern of leaves of the overall design. For the two girls, two study tables were created in the two side of the bed which was designed and given shapes such that it could blend with the overall theme of the space.
The parent's bedroom is designed in a contemporary concept keeping in mind the old age factor of the parent's as well as their choice being simple and sober. Every requirement of the client for this room was fulfilled to make it comfortable for the parents to dwell in the room. Having a window behind the bed, the two sides of window were designed giving offsets on the wall and creating a placement for a designer wall lamp. The closet was designed in a wooden finish with a beautiful handle design that made it look in harmony. While besides the closet, a temple space was designed as per the requirement of the client. The flooring of this room was done in a kota stone theme that made the look and feel of room completely different.
Last we talk about the home theatre space which is located in the top floor. It is completely designed in a rustic and cosy theme that gives the client of a perfect relaxation vibe. Having a window behind the lounger, we had to close it and metal pipes were suspended to have wall arts on it related to the theatre theme. The rest of the wall was done in an Italian texture which made the wall look ravishing. The flooring had highlighted parts which made the area seem whimsical.
