Your home should tell the story of who you are, and be a collection of what you love! --- is what Mr Pranay believes and simultaneously offers the same to his clients.
Balmukund's is a 4BHK duplex that is designed by our interior designers keeping every minute detail in mind to make the space look ravishing and modern. Mr. Sharma's requirements were nothing more but to create the best space for his family members which would portray their individuality for their respective spaces.
On giving a first glance to the exterior of the duplex, the safety door is designed in iron pipes forming geometrical shapes whereas the main door is designed in geometrical patterns in which definite dipping work is also noticed that make the main door simple yet elegant.
Entering the foyer area of the house, the foyer wall is cladded with natural stone against which a designer console is designed by our interior designers for placing an idol of god that suits best for any entrance space. Further there comes the living area connected with the dining as well as the kitchen. All of the three areas are decorated with hues of brown adding punches of different colours in different styles. For instance the couches are done in a hue of pink that adds beauty to the whole space. The nested centre tables seen here are specifically made for this area in resin art and goes well with the overall theme of the space. The wall behind the sofa here is divided into parts which consist of gold leaf paintings with a natural scenery theme connected in three pictures specifically chosen and made for this space. The TV wall as well as the wall consisting the dining both are a huge replica of the patterns portrayed on the main door handle which harmonise the overall theme of the space. Furthermore the random offsets in the ceiling area add an element to it making it look simple yet elegant.
The kitchen area is designed by our interior decorators with a concept of brown hues having wooden theme wall tiles whereas the whole kitchen is minimally treated with an earthy brown hued back painted glass which looks absolutely ravishing.
Furthermore we talk about the parent's bedroom which is designed simple using such materials that make the room look aesthetic yet modern. Our interior designers chose a beautiful natural stone as the bed back of this area which comes out to be the centre of attraction of the room. On the contrary a turquoise hued traditional painting adds more beauty to the wall. The wardrobes here are simply designed giving it niches and giving it a dual tone that makes it look in harmony with each and every element of the room. The flooring again is selected keeping in mind the concept as well as the purpose of the room which kind of completes the beauty of the room.
Moving forward at the first floor we halt at the first bedroom where the area is designed solely keeping in mind the dweller's taste and requirements. The taste of the dweller to be developed as a theme was that he loved nature immensely and wanted a space where he could feel the essence of it. And so we as the designers decorated the wall behind the bed with a beautiful tropical theme painting including a number of greenery as well as flowers in it. A floating bed back was designed which looked mesmerizing with the combination of a wooden loft. The wardrobes were simply designed in one tone with a dual tone handle on it being a replica of the colours of nature depicted on the wall behind the bed. An open dressing was provided while a study table too was designed for this space that was compact yet functional as well as exquisite.
The master room is designed to make it royal and elegant. A huge Italian marble theme cladding is done on the bed back that goes till the ceiling which seems extremely luxurious and divine. The bed is designed beautifully in an upholstery pattern with an ottoman too with it that fulfils the purpose of the bedroom being luxurious. The wardrobes are artistically designed treating them with veneer and adding a pastel tint with it that comes out to be something creative. The study table too is designed formally that is attached to the wardrobe and the whole thing is done in a niche given by the builder that justifies the purpose of the space keeping it more spacious. The fish bone wooden pattern flooring merges well with the overall theme of the space.
The toddler's room is creatively designed with a combination of pastels and neutral hues that make it seem playful. The bed back is given a fish bone pattern with a wooden theme that seems absolutely frisky. Additionally the small art pieces in resin art on the textured wall make the whole wall a complete frame. The wardrobes as well as the study table both are attached with one another again having the same pattern as a fish bone one that balances each and every element of the room in terms of creating a pattern and serving it to get portrayed as a toddler's room.
A small bar area was also designed in the passage of the first floor according to the requirement of the client. It was beautifully designed in metal rods as well as black glass that give classic bold look. Apart from this a small puja area was also developed in the same space besides it where a huge element was created using metal rods with a small paneling into which spiritual phrases were dipped. Being open to sky behind it the paneling by the dining as well as the hanging light's sciography which gave a divine visual to the puja area.
With thorough cooperation and liberty of the client to design, we were able to provide a design that satisfied him with all-inclusive turnkey solutions.
