Aishwariyam is a 4bhk luxurious apartment in the Bhayli area of Vadodara with every amenity present in it for one to have a lavish dwell. The space offers luxury giving a pleasant vibe. The client who approached us whose only requirement was to make the space modish and unique with overall turnkey solutions. Our overall motto was to enhance the space by not designing any kind of partition structures and to portray the whole space as large as it was. Using different kind of finishes and self designed elements, Aishwariyam is a perfect residential design for each and every member to find their space into it.
On giving a first glance to the residence, providing all the turnkey solutions, the exterior area of the house is specifically designed in a rustic and stone theme play by our interior designers with brick joint pattern which look immensely superficial. Stepping into the foyer area, the brown tinted mirror finished wall on the left gives more power to its simplicity and luxuriousness while the right wall is again decorated with the sand stone used before which continues the theme of the house. The panelling continues forward in an “L-wall” which leads one to the living area. The same wall is designed with a beautiful structure in metal that contains 2 shelves which looks outstanding.
Moving forward towards the dwelling, we see a whole wide space that includes the living area, as well as the dining area and thus no partition is created to make the space look as huge as it was. Being a whole huge space the couches are kept in the centre without any wall support which looks perfect for the space. The TV wall is entirely designed using a structure of metal rods that makes a great form and overall makes the wall look distinctive. The circular structure which has light installed in the edges of it comes out to be an element of centre attraction of the area. The hues of the space are chosen wisely to make everything look in a flow. The space being large, a nested coffee table was designed by our interior designers which provided 3 interlocked tables that gave justice to the huge space. The couches were uniquely designed giving a spectacular upholstery that merged very well with the overall theme of the space. The connected dining area kind of has a tropical theme which brings much amount of liveliness to the whole space. The hanging light above the dining table is smartly made with shelves that have potted plants suspended downwards which make the space look a little bit cosy. The dining wall is designed with an artistic painting that defines a tropical theme. The flooring of the space has a beautiful wooden texture with hues of brown, grey as well as green that completely harmonises with the theme of the space.
Having a glance at the kitchen area, a breakfast table here is designed by our interior designers with a geometrical pattern in the front which is a replica of the wall tile pattern in the kitchen wall. The kitchen is simply done in a hue of brown back painted glass that gives a clean look to the space.
Moving forward we halt by the master bedroom which is a perfect example of being a luxurious one. The whole space is designed with elements that depict luxury and richness. The wall behind the bed is decorated with a huge leaf painting in glass that mesmerises one when visualised. The rest of the wall is designed with metal PVD finish borders that make it look quiet opulent. The ravishing upholstered finish bed here brings justice of the fact being it the master bedroom. The wardrobes here are designed in back painted earthy brown glass following the theme of the bedroom. The flooring being in Italian finish look gives more power of it being the luxury room.
Next we talk about the kid's room which is designed whimsically being in a space theme. The room is completely designed in the hues of blue and grey which perfectly gives justice to the theme of the room. The wall behind the bed has a beautiful painting of an astronaut painted by an artist which is done on an offset on the wall that comes out to be the most attractive element of the space. A fine line of light that is visualised between the offset on the wall and the astronaut adds beauty to the whole painting as well as the wall. As per the clients’ requirement a study table as well as a wardrobe was provided and between the same a customised painting on canvas was done continuing the same theme of the space that looks absolutely joyful. The wooden themed flooring lastly lifts up the room completely being a kid's room.
The guest room follows a muted subtle theme that gives pleasure to eyes when visualised. The wall behind the bed is simple designed by our interior designers in dual hues, both being calm and cool which makes the room look delightful. The head rest of the bed is smartly being suspended on a rod that looks unique. The wardrobe was designed by our interior decorators giving it a space in between for one to have a pleasurable time there.
A work area too was developed in the house which is simply designed in calm colours adding a potted bamboo plant that adds liveliness to the space.
Last but not least the puja area is designed in such a way that it seems quiet enchanting when one enters into it. The green hued panelling behind the god idol with intricate designs of lotus make it looks a perfect design for the space. Our interior designers smartly designed the ceiling of the space by adding a colour and texture of wood that also comes down by the wall which makes such a small space much interesting.
