The Shivay residence is a flat in Bharuch which is 1600 sq.ft. The client Mr. Patel, who is a businessman, approached us with a single requirement to make the space completely modish as well as spacious with overall turnkey solutions. Designing this flat while fulfilling the requirements of the client was the honest attempt of our interior designers to make the best out of the given.
On giving a first glance to the residence, providing overall turnkey solutions, the entrance of the house was beautifully designed in concrete finish which created a subtle effect to the whole area. A shoe rack here was smartly designed by our interior designers which had a planter attached to it and brought liveliness to the whole space. A profile light in a rectangular manner is designed to complete the ambience of the area. Moreover the safety grill is designed which includes shapes of birds as well as the handle of the main door is also and kingfisher bird filled with copper effect that merges pleasingly with the overall theme.
Moving further into the living area, the colour pallet here is kept as calm as white so that the space seems more huge than actually it is. Offsets were created behind the couch wall where in the between onyx stone theme artwork was done that made the wall completely alluring. To make the TV placement exactly opposite the seating area as well as to cover a part of the unwanted opening towards the kitchen, a glass partition was created by our interior designers that served the function of holding the TV. This partition was designed in such a way that the dining area as well as the kitchen was still visible from the living area and thus the area seemed more large and spacious. The colour pallet for the furnishings was chosen in pastels so that they come out to be as a centre of attraction in the white space.
To blend the kitchen too with the overall theme of the area i.e. the living and the dining area, it was designed using sparkling white back-painted glass that made it look eye pleasing to the viewer. The dining table is designed on only one 24mm transparent glass that functions really well and also beautifies the space. The chairs of the dining area are designed in a unique way that blends with the overall theme. To continue the bird patterns from the entrance, 6 wall plate are created in the dining area that are concerned with the birds that add an element of attraction to the dining area.
Meandering through the living area, we halt by the master bedroom where the bed wall is appealingly designed by our interior designers giving a finish of stone cladding which comes out to be the most interesting element of the room. The door is also flushed in the design of stone cladding which makes the wall look like one whole part. The upholstered bed here is designed with a bed back and a teak wood border whereas a part of it is also given in the upholstered part that gave quite a serene feel. A full heighted wardrobe is designed simply by our interior decorators with a back-painted glass and veneer finish. The herringbone floor design in the room completes the beauty of the area.
Stepping towards the teenager's room, it is designed in such a way where the non-woven flooring goes in contrast of the rest of the elements of the room which gives a completely bold look to the room. The bed wall is designed beautifully with a huge geometric pattern on the whole wall of which a miniature replica is also designed in the head rest of the bed that comes out to be ravishing. The full heighted wardrobe including the niches designed by our interior decorators beautifies the pattern of the wardrobe.
Last but not the least is the guest room, which is designed keeping in mind it's dual purpose i.e. the pooja area as well as the guest room. A kind of partition is done here in the room where on one end the pooja area is designed by our interior decorators using stone finish Deeping that absolutely is remarkable when one enters the room. And whereas on the other end there is a sofa cum bed designed by our interior designers that serves the functional purpose to rest for the guests. A full heighted wardrobe is also designed simply that serves the purpose of storage. The curtains in this area have a dual tone that is quiet captivating in the room.
